TIM JOHNSON, DESIGNATED BROKER:  Tim began his career in commercial real estate in 1993, and in 2002, he established Timothy Johnson Commercial Properties, known today as Johnson Commercial. His interest in and vision for good real estate and business endeavors has had a long history. He is a Pacific Lutheran University graduate, and a former Clover Park School District Board Member and Rotarian. Tim is a fourth generation Tacoma native who was the president of Gerrish Bearing Industries prior to pursuing a career in commercial real estate. He is a member and regular attendee of the International Council of Shopping Center's annual convention, a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate, a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, and a CXO International member. With more than 25 years of experience managing sales and leasing transactions for retail shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and professional and medical office buildings, Tim's values are centered on providing honest, innovative strategies and premium customer service. Playing his trumpet and sharing a good glass of whiskey with his kids are among his favorite pastimes.

MARGOT JOHNSON, BROKER: Margot began working for Johnson Commercial in 2004. She studied at the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany, and graduated from Pacific Lutheran University. As a previous owner of an artisan ceramic sink and tile business, she understands the particular needs of small businesses. She provides sales and leasing services for the industrial and retail sectors, as well as professional and medical office properties. As part of the Johnson Commercial team, Margot's primary goals are to promote its client's properties and increase property investment potential. She spends her spare time power walking and babysitting her adorable grandchildren.

ANDREA ANDERSON, MARKETING: Andrea first came to Johnson Commercial in 2002. With her experience in project administration, she provides a myriad of administrative skills for the team, and her artistic bent keeps our marketing material looking sharp. She is a Seattle Pacific University alumnus and artist. She recently had her second child and is enjoying telecommuting while on maternity leave.

LIZZIE RODRIGUE, ADMINISTRATION: Lizzie wears many hats and serves Johnson Commercial part-time working as administrator, receptionist, and marketing coordinator in Andrea's absence while concurrently attending the University of Washington. In her free time, Lizzie is a vocalist with musician Zach Fleury, and enjoys latte art and good, handcrafted coffee.
